AFW & CO is a specialist piping fabricator and high pressure welding company servicing across Australia. With over 25 years of experience, the AFW team have successfully completed a vast number of industries and commercial projects.
Commencing operations in the early 1990s, formerly Euro Welding & Hydraulics and Pressure Welding Technology, the company has changed in management structure however has continued to focus on providing pressure welding and piping fabrication services to Australia’s largest Energy, Oil & Petroleum, Chemical, Mining and Construction companies.
Our Team
Operations Manager, Duc Nguyen completed his apprenticeship as a Boiler Maker and Pressure Welder in Germany back in1985 and subsequently worked as an piping fabricator and pressure welder. After migrating to Australia in 1986 he worked as a boilermaker, pipe fitter, pressure welder in many projects around Australia before establishing a contracting business focusing on piping fabrication and pressure welding. He has had experience working with BHP (BlueScope Steel), Tru Energy, incitec (Orica ), Caltex Refinery, Liddell, Bayswater Power Station and Mummoral Power stations.
